I’ve been working from home since March 16th and it’s only now starting to feel normal and routine. That said, I’m a little worried about what working working from home will be like once the days become shorter and winter rears its ugly head. I know it’s a few months away, but I think I need to start preparing mentally for working from home in the winter months (and likely being even more socially isolated and indoors more if the expected 2nd wave comes  to pass in Ontario).

Are you working from home now? Is this new for you, too, or did you work from home before the pandemic? Do you have any advice for staying motivated and maintaining good mental health while working from home during the winter, or for dealing with seasonal affective disorder (SAD)? I share a small condo with my partner and right now we’re doing well, but does anyone have any advice for being around your partner that much without a break (and in a small space)?
