      Have you seen the show Grey’s Anatomy? In one of the earliest seasons, I remember one of the characters telling another character that she was “her person” – someone she counted on for support, someone she wanted to share all of life’s highs and lows with, her emergency contact and her number one cheerleader and confidante.

      Who is your person or people? Are they family? Friends? Other people you’ve met through the Parkinson’s community? How did you meet and why are they important to you? How have you supported and celebrated each other recently? I’d love to hear from you!
