Where do you want to be in 2020? 2025?
It occurred to me this week that the year 2020 is only 6 months away! I can hardly believe it. I’m going to set aside some time this weekend to reflect on the last 6 months and the 6 months yet to come. I have moved forward on some goals but I still have a long way to go on others. I need to sit down and make a plan to make the most of the next half year!
Did you set any goals or resolutions on January 1, 2019? Where do you see yourself on January 1, 2020? Do you have a 5-year plan that will carry you through to 2025? How does living with PD affect your outlook on the future?
