<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi had my initial consult with Neurologist on 10/14: he said he’s hesitant to diagnose a primary Pakinsonism…but he wrote on MyChart (which a patient can see) visit summary: “however there is very slow hypokinesis of left hand during rapid amplitude movement (index to thumb tapping, hand open wide), and because of the lateralized overflow movements, I do think a brain MRI is warranted to look for either regional degeneration, vascular disease or other contributors to this”. MRI is in 10/25…If course I read this in MyChart later that day after consult, so was unable to ask him what this all means. Follow up appointment is on 11/11, so will ask him to interpret then.
Is anyone familiar with this symptomatology?? Please let me know.</p>
    ????????
