It Has been much harder for me to live with P D lately my speech , balance has become harder to live with

Jmie, Thank you for sharing. My Dad struggles with speech and balance too. One of his doctors recommend that he set up an appointment with a speech therapist, which might help. And Rock Steady Boxing has a part of their classes when they focus on volume, too. Have you found any tricks that help with these symptoms?
