I currently take Sinemet in pill form and also use a Neupro patch applied daily.  I am not fond of pills since I have a  problem swallowing some times and I run out of real estate on my skin for the patch (I must alternate sides of body, upper arms and legs). Sometimes the patch falls off if I dont apply it correctly.  Sublingual or liquid eyedropper  might be preferable for me.  How about you?  Pill, patch, nasal pray, sublingual, liquid?
