I do balance exercises 4-5x/week, including 1x in a visit with PT. I also take meds, box, do yoga, weight training and walk. However, my balance seems to be worsening. Have you found anything; meds, exercises, etc. that has improved your balance?
Absolutely yoga!! My balance has improved well over what it was before I even got Parkinson’s. What I don’t know is what my balance now would have been had I never done yoga, but that’s always the case with anything we do or take. And AFAIK there’s certainly no downside to yoga.
